The Maison & The Charter

This document governs access to wogeuru.com, our private digital salons, and every acquisition made under the WOGEURU emblem. By entering our house, creating a profile, or acquiring a piece, you accept this charter in its entirety.

These terms are constructed under the legal framework of India. Any matter requiring formal adjudication falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts of India, with mutual commitment to fair and quiet resolution.

House Stewardship & Independent Ateliers

WOGEURU curates distinguished craftsmanship and stands as your single point of confidence. Every acquisition is processed through the house, every parcel is inspected under house protocols, and all client relations remain with our dedicated concierge.

Behind each piece is an independent artisan, family atelier, or master workshop selected for distinct craft heritage. While we champion their individual narratives and techniques, WOGEURU assumes direct responsibility for the journey of the piece from workshop to your home.

Makers are celebrated for their craft, not burdened with administrative commerce. All bespoke sizing requests, provenance questions, and material inquiries are coordinated directly through the WOGEURU Concierge.

Private Client Profile & Standing

Guests are invited to explore the collection freely. To preserve your acquisitions, curate your Heart List, or join the complimentary Inner Circle, a private client profile is established.

Your credentials are private to you. You remain responsible for safeguarding access to your profile and correspondence. Should you suspect unapproved access, notify our concierge team immediately at care@wogeuru.com.

Acquisitions represent formal commitments and are reserved for patrons possessing the statutory capacity to enter binding agreements under applicable law. Patrons may acquire creations on behalf of family members from their personal standing.

The house reserves the privilege to decline engagement or suspend client privileges in instances of deliberate bad faith, fraudulent behavior, or conduct detrimental to our community of makers.

Transparent Valuation & Acquisition

Every valuation presented in the collection is singular, transparent, and complete. Full insured door-to-door delivery is included. Patrons will never encounter unexpected freight fees, handling levies, or terminal charges at the point of acquisition.

All valuations are presented in Indian Rupees (₹). While collections and bespoke commissions reflect current market craft costs over time, the valuation confirmed at the moment your acquisition is placed remains immutable.

All monetary settlements are completed via encrypted, bank-grade institutional payment channels. WOGEURU never holds, views, or records your private card credentials, banking passcodes, or account keys.

In the improbable event of an obvious typographical, material, or system valuation discrepancy, the house reserves the right to gracefully cancel the request and issue a full, prompt reimbursement.

Acquisition Protocol & Natural Craft

An acquisition is accepted and sealed once settlement is verified and cleared by our infrastructure, at which point preparation begins in the atelier.

The house may decline or cancel an acquisition if a raw material becomes unobtainable, if an artisan cannot complete the piece to our standard, or if delivery infrastructure cannot guarantee safe passage.

Authentic artisanal work carries natural provenance. Organic vegetable dye transitions, loom textures, wood grain character, and hand-beaten metal markings are unique signatures of the maker's hand, not manufacturing defects.

Logistics, Care & The 22-Day Guarantee

Every creation travels with specialized transit partners under continuous house monitoring. Ready-to-wear pieces typically arrive within four to nine business days; tailored and bespoke creations follow their custom artisan timeline stated prior to acquisition.

Patrons enjoy a 7-day consideration window from the timestamp of physical delivery. Returned pieces must remain pristine, unwashed, unaltered, and nestled in their complete archival packaging.

Bespoke creations cut to unique measurements, custom-monogrammed work, and intimate items are crafted exclusively for one patron and cannot be returned.

Under our Delivery Delay Guarantee: should any parcel fail to reach your door within twenty-two calendar days of acquisition, WOGEURU executes an immediate and unconditional 100% reimbursement to your original payment method.

Intellectual Property & House Heritage

The architecture of this site, including the WOGEURU name, emblem marks, editorial journals, photographic commissions, curation layouts, and distinct styling, represents proprietary intellectual property.

Clients and patrons are welcome to share direct editorial links. Any reproduction, automated scraping, image harvesting, or commercial exploitation of brand assets without explicit written permission from the house is strictly prohibited.

Patron correspondence and published reflections remain your expression; by sharing them with the house, you grant WOGEURU the quiet privilege of presenting them within our editorial notes.

Boundaries of House Responsibility

WOGEURU stewards the provenance of each piece and commits to delivering it as curated. In the event of unforeseen loss or irremediable concern, the house's total financial responsibility is strictly bounded by the total amount tendered for that specific acquisition.

While we cultivate a seamless digital salon, the house cannot guarantee uninterrupted platform availability and accepts no liability for indirect network interruptions beyond our direct control.

Nothing within this charter diminishes or overrides your statutory protections provided under consumer protection law. Where statutory law dictates higher standards, the law takes precedence.

Evolution of Terms

As the maison introduces new regional ateliers and client services, these terms may be refined. The active date at the crown of this document represents the authoritative version. Existing acquisitions remain governed by the provisions active at the precise moment of purchase.
