Delivery Sanctuaries — The destination addresses you entrust to us, preserved securely so an address is never requested twice.

The Curated Eye — Creations gathered in Your Joy and reserved upon your Heart List, alongside your search queries and viewed works. This enables the collection to quietly understand your aesthetic preferences over time.

Acquisition Records — Your completed acquisitions, financial receipts, and transit tracking history.

Financial Safeguards — WOGEURU never accesses, stores, or views raw payment card numbers, UPI security pins, or net banking credentials. All settlements are processed directly through licensed, bank-grade payment infrastructure.

The Independent Atelier — The creator or master workshop preparing your creation receives solely the recipient name, destination address, and contact number necessary to package and label the parcel.

Insured Logistics Partners — Specialized couriers receive identical delivery details for the sole purpose of secure transit.

Regulated Payment Infrastructure — Licensed payment institutions process monetary transactions through encrypted channels and maintain records required under banking regulations.

Infrastructure Services — Secure cloud hosting services operating under strict confidentiality agreements to keep the digital salons resilient and secure.

Absolute Privacy — WOGEURU never sells, rents, monetizes, or shares patron records with third-party advertisers or data brokers. Statutory disclosures occur solely when formally compelled by competent judicial authorities under applicable law.

Retention & Archival Care

Patron information is preserved with care and retained only for as long as necessary to honor our commitments.

Your private client profile, saved delivery sanctuaries, and curated lists remain active while your profile exists, and are deleted upon your request.

Acquisition records, tax invoices, and payment receipts are retained for the statutory periods mandated under commercial and taxation legislation.

Guest Exploration & Cookies

Patrons are invited to explore the collections freely as guests prior to creating a private profile. Items placed in Your Joy or Heart List transition seamlessly to your standing once you sign in.

Our digital salons employ zero advertising trackers and zero third-party surveillance cookies. Your exploration across our collections is never tracked across the wider internet.

Patron Rights & Personal Records

Patrons retain sovereign authority over their personal information. You may request:

A complete extract of all personal information preserved within your client record.

Immediate rectification of inaccuracies in your contact or profile information.

Complete erasure of your client profile and personal credentials, subject to statutory tax and commercial transaction retention mandates.

Younger Visitors

The stories, craft traditions, and imagery of WOGEURU are shared for all who appreciate art and heritage.

Acquisitions constitute formal agreements reserved for individuals holding legal capacity under applicable law. Guardians are warmly invited to acquire creations on behalf of younger family members.

The house does not knowingly solicit or maintain records of minors. Accounts inadvertently created without guardian consent will be removed upon notification.

Policy Evolutions

Should this charter evolve, the active effective date at the crown reflects the authoritative version. Significant updates will be communicated through our digital salon or direct patron notification.
