Each creation carries its dedicated delivery estimate. Curated ready-to-wear pieces typically reach your door within four to nine business days.
Bespoke, hand-loomed, and made-to-order creations require dedicated artisan preparation and reflect their tailored timelines on the piece's editorial journal before purchase.
Regional monsoon disruptions, remote routes, or festive seasons may occasionally introduce brief delays. When transit conditions shift, tracking updates reflect the timeline immediately.
Following the Parcel
Milestones can be observed directly through 'Where's my joy?' in your private client profile, displaying transit progress and anticipated arrival.
When an acquisition includes creations from multiple independent ateliers, each parcel journeys separately from its respective workshop to preserve careful handling. Every distinct parcel and courier milestone is tracked under your order dossier.
Transit scans refresh as couriers log regional checkpoints. A quiet day between scans typically signifies steady movement along regional transit corridors.

Under our Delivery Delay Guarantee: should any parcel fail to reach your door within twenty-two calendar days of acquisition, WOGEURU executes an immediate, full reimbursement to your original payment method without requiring proof or administrative follow-up.
If a parcel is returned undelivered due to access restrictions or incorrect address details, our concierge contacts you promptly to coordinate another private attempt or process a reimbursement.
Should a creation arrive compromised in transit, document the condition and notify our concierge immediately. We arrange white-glove collection and rectify the matter at once.
Discretion of Address
Your destination address is shared strictly with the courier handling transit and the atelier preparing the parcel. It is never sold, leased, or utilized for external marketing.
